What A Thief!!!

Alot of you aren't going to like this but as far as I'm concerned this guy is a thief!

Ash from R-I has put me on hold along with 1 of my referrals because he believes the accounts were made by the same person and therefore won't take us off hold.. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!

Just when you think you've followed the strict guidelines and done everything you need to the network owner puts you on hold without even letting you prove yourself right!

I have no idea where he has concluded this from, me and my friend are definately not the same person, he joined up under me and did the lovefilm offer, I already did the lovefilm offer on FJ so how can I do it again on R-I??
He has signed up under me on FJ before and it all went through fine so why do I get put on hold now?! The worst thing is that Ash won't even give me a chance to prove he's wrong.

We have not even signed up from the same computer, infact if I remember correctly he signed up from cambridge while I signed up from home in leicester or from uni in leeds through the free green offer! I thought it would be worth getting the shuffle for a quick two referrals but this has been the biggest waste of time ever! Complete waste of referrals!

The reason I am on hold is because apparently my and 1 of my referrals are the same person.. Well we're not, so what can I do now?! I've been robbed as far as I'm concerned.. I thought the bad customer service ended at not answering support tickets in the stated time, or ever for that matter but this just takes the p***

I understand your frustration but you should be careful what you say.

This is something that should be discussed in support tickets. T&C are there for a reason and if the site owner feels you have broken them they have the right to put you on hold.

Calling someone a thief is rather harsh. The site owner must have a reason to suspect its the same person, if it is a mistake, try and explain again. I appreciate your frustration, but please deal with this using the site support system.

This is the most outrageous thing I hae ever read on here.... and I feel that Jon should protect the reputation of both Exceem and Real Incentives by doing the above.

I do hope that Jon will come to the defence of Ash in this instance.

Don't know about any other network but in the past I've accepted Hi res scans of utility bills and other official documentation as proof of address and identity. Maybe you could send him one from you and one from your friend.

This is a harsh thread and it shud b closed.

Real Incentives is a good network nobody seems to have a problem with them, i certainly haven't had a problem with them, and i have received a PS3 and £130 voucher from Ash. He wouldn't just put you on hold for the sake of it, in his eyes you must of done something against the T&Cs.

Sorry you can't come out with that sort of rubbish, just because you have been put on hold for an item, R.I has been sending alot gifts out, and personally had no problems with (just ash not sending PS3 Quicker )

And so have many other people on Exceem, Support Tickets get Answered quick, you try sending one to ipodscnatchers or myfreegagdet (oppps they are no longer with us) now if you wanna call any network Rubbish...you need to Experience them, and by the looks of it you haven't....

Get it Sorted in a Support Ticket, Sure Ash will answer, if you stop calling his network rubbish !!

This THREAD shud be DELETED, as it will give R.I a bad name, which it doesn't Deserve !!

Firstly, this was definitly the wrong way to go about this, but i appreciate your frustration, however some things could have been worded a hell of a lot differently, for the sake of Real Incentives and yourself.

I will obviously not go into details on these forums, but to say that i have not given yourself the chance to prove to me that you and your referral are not one and the same is complete rubbish, You have only just replied to my original support ticket response!

So i am a thief? i would try and tarnish my reputation as a site owner / businessman for the sake of a hundred odd pound? I think not. We send out thousands of pounds worth of free gifts weekly, most over £300!

We believe that you have broken terms and conditions, so you have therefore been placed on hold. You now need to explain yourself, and if i see that your story checks out, then you will obviously be taken off.

I do not expect an apology, and will stay impersonal to the fact that you have insulted both me and my network. I will not be swayed against helping you in this matter because of your post...

It is clearly obvious you hav'nt bothered to explain your side of the story via the support area on Real Incentives, and if you think that throwing your toys out of the pram will achieve the actions you want, then think again.
