Freepay Experience

I know a lot of you have had a lot of trouble over the past few months with freepay, but id like to express my opinions on my experiences with this network.

I for one, will be completing another freepay site after the service ive recieved.

Crediting: Within 24 hours
Support tickets: 3 all answered WITHIN 48hours.

Verification, unbelievably, submitted 21st July, Approved and ordered!! 24th July. May be just luck when they were planning verifications but i hope for all you awaiting approval that its not.

I know, this is my 1st experience with this network, i am merely voicing my opinions on my experience with them, so please no flaming

Est Delivery: 23 / 8 < lets hope they provide the same experience with this....

Ash

Re: Freepay Experience

I had really good experience with them too

My crediting went through rather quick and so did all my referrals, it then took just under a month for them to deliver the goods

I am now the proad owner of another Xbox 360 (which Ive now sold on Ebay)

No trouble what so ever... not like the freegiveaway network

Re: Freepay Experience

Well done Ash Really tempted to do a freepay site as they are the only freebie site with a ringtone offer which is possible for all to do. Plus they dont have a stupid 18+ age limit But instead 13+ which is understandable lol!

If it wasnt for real-incentives and freebiejeebies i would probably have started a freepay site by now, but you cant say no to these free credits

It's nice to know they are improving, I had very bad experiences both times but it looks like they're changing for the better!

Not for me. Still waiting for an xbox360 from them which I completed last November.

BBB replies from Freepay state it was sent on 18th June. But that was from a seperate account on Freepay (had one from gaming.freepay, waiting for one from xbox360s.freepay which was hacked last year)

Received no sort of support. BBB replies just tell me it was shipped on 18th June but that was from my gaming.freepay account, dont have an xbox360s account to post support questions as it was hacked, No reply from numerous pm's to Aaron (even tho he asked for them) and email address I read on A4F that Aaron posted, no reply from that in 6 weeks.

So if you think Freepay have improved, think again. When (if) I ever get my xbox 360 then maybe I will consider supporting freepay again. But if their representative on here won't help the members who are stuck, then I believe there will not be many recommendations from eXceem.

Freepay have got to sort out long term issues before you can get excited saying they have improved.

As my note stated I tried emailing them on the address posted by Aaron on A4F. Which is reply@gratisinternet.com - Email sent on 14th June and no reply. So only 5 weeks and counting.

where's it say that mate ? everywhere i've looked on my gf's account still says complete one offer ?!

taken from their new up-dated terms and conditions..

Quote:
i. Complete at least one offer within 120* days of a new account signup and receive credit for the offer within that timeframe. A 30-day grace period may be extended for certain offers that require a longer duration to issue credit.
and taken from their front page..

Quote:
*Subject to our Terms & Conditions, receipt of your gift requires compliance with our eligibility requirements including; age and residency requirements, registration with a valid email address and password, shipping address and phone number, completion of one sponsor offer, and referring between 5 and 20 friends (5 for a Level 1, 10 for a Level 2, 12 for a Level 3, 20 for a Level 4) who have to sign up and complete one sponsor offer. Only one account per person and shipping address.
Available offers will vary and some sponsor offers may require purchases to qualify.

Re: Freepay Experience

sh1t.. just noticed that.. thats real bad as right under it, it says complete 1 offer from the below and there isn't anywhere else to complete another offer. also as posted above, their terms and conditions and front page say only one offer.. someone's fu*ked up somewhere me thinks.. hopefully its on the offer page as they really did seem to be picking up well.. here's hoping the gf still gets her ipod on the date given..

Re: Freepay Experience

im currently working on gifts.freepay and i hope my experience with them is as good as yours, Ash.

So far the support has been exellent, i had my support ticket answered within an hour which was pretty suprising considering all the negative stuff ive read about freepay on Exceem and elsewhere on the internet

Re: Freepay Experience

Have you received it now ash?

And regarding to the fact that some people say that you have to complete 3 offers on istuff, where'd you get that from? I have completed one offer and it has come under as completed and it also says
Quote:
*Subject to our Terms & Conditions, receipt of your gift requires compliance with our eligibility requirements including; age and residency requirements, registration with a valid email address and password, shipping address and phone number, completion of one sponsor offer, and referring 5 friends who have to sign up and complete one sponsor offer. Only one account per person and shipping address. Members have 90 days to complete all necessary requirements to be eligible for a free Gift. Available offers will vary and some sponsor offers may require purchases to qualify. Freepay.com is an independent rewards program and is not affiliated with any of the listed products or retailers.
Am i missing something?
