Certain trading standard rules you have to abide by when running a competition, where as if you were just claiming a gift he could hide behind his TOS. Worth ringing the CAB to find out. W.>

The second gift was a struggle and I just felt that the only reason that I got it was because a few members were also moaning about their items. I know it's not going to happen but I wish he'd have the bottle to come on here and explain what went wrong, so that other networks might listen. Mind you, the usual "computer problems", "everything is sorted now" or "we're back on track" might be the response.
