Re: Does this happen on all networks?

i got put on hold end of march and finally resolved the dispute in mid-may.

at first it was suggested it was because i had 2 accounts, which i'd already resolved prior to clicking verify so that was sorted, but then it was because of a number of signups came from the same ip as me. But I proved that they were work colleagues so they accepted I had completed the site in good faith and not tried to swindle them.

Whilst dealing with them, 1 be polite, 2 be honest, 3 give as much info as you can to help them, 4 make sure you are right and have done things honestly and in good faith.

Re: Does this happen on all networks?

No I don't know what you've done. But if all your greens are from different people, with different shipping addresses then get them to write in and say as much. For me it's quite simple, if 10 people have signed up and done paying offers like coral for example, 10 different credit cards registered to different people would HAVE to of been used for them to go green.

It's difficult to offer advice without knowing the circumstances, but it sounds as though it's something you've deliberately done, in which case I think you may have to accept you've broken the rules and been caught. But i'm jumping to conclusions here in the absence of facts.

Re: Does this happen on all networks?

yeh all the greens are from different people. i fully accept that what i did looks very bad. however it is my word against theirs. I did what i did by mistake, if i was looking to commit fraud i would have tried a lot harder than that. plus i would have completed an offer for that second account, i had already got a lot of people offering me help, i didn't need to cheat to get my greens.

Re: Does this happen on all networks?

they have responded to my ticket. here it is.

Accounts created from, showing or being identified as the same address, or that have been created by the same person, are defined as multiple accounts, potentially being created by one user in order to defraud the system. Multiple accounts are not permitted and all users identified with multiple accounts will be placed on hold. This is to protect all our users from system abuse while allowing us to continue providing free gifts within a user-friendly system.

Your account has been identified as a multiple account thereby contravening our t&c's.

Your account will remain on hold and is void for further use.

Regards

its a pretty clear message. i shouldn't bother continuing to argue the case really. will just have to accept it, just looking at the letter you can see who will win this won.
just hope i can complete nextgen.
