I'm sorry but I'm not buying this. How can you rate this site above a smaller site thats owners are maybe on exceem for many hours each day, answering support ickets within hours rather than weeks?

Smaller sites verify, process and then send out gifts. They dont all wait to buy them in bulk to save a few quid.

Until yesterday, everyone was having a go at this network and now because of a couple of posts people are acting as if everything is ok and all is back to normal, but is it? Nothing has been sent out yet, although this was promissed before.

I hope you all get your PS3, xbox's and ipods etc. but I think a lot of respect has been lost in the last month regarding this network.

I didn't complain once, and the network appears to be proving me right in defending them. They are the first network that I have had absolutely no problems with whatsoever. They have my complete respect.

I'd always guessed that people would congratulate Tab when he finally got on to post and I am relieved that things seem to working out well. We all love a happy ending.

I also agree with Artic. You cannot just simply forget that we were left for three weeks without an update. I lost respect for the network when they lost respect for me.

Water under the bridge now though. I don't plan to push NextGen or any other site for that matter.

For what it's worth, the network that deserves far more credit than it gets and is now top dog in my eyes is ForFree4U. Other than some hosting issues a while back, I couldn not fault them. They certainly know how customer service should be done.

Completely agree with the above... what an amazing amount of fawning and back pedalling!! We still don't have an explanation, even though I feel one is deserved... the whole business was available for the period of quiet... unless tab has multiple personalities there were plenty of other people manning or womanning the helm!!

100% spot on. When I signed upto it, I got 5 greens within about a week, chose a £100 amazon voucher which was verified and procesed within about a week and sent days after. I wanted a DS Lite for a present so thats what I bought though I wish I had kept on going and got a better gift, shame you cant complete the site more than once.

You always seem to see forfree4u logged into exceem and support questions and PM's are answered quickly and fairly, none of this waiting around for days just to get an answer that doesnt really help.

The true test of a good site, in my opinion is the fact that you just dont really see anyone with negative feedback about the site, sometimes smaller can be better (ooh err).

Your own personal experience has been good, I'm glad that they came up trumps on the 360's.

However, I'm not sure if everyone would agree that the network is the best in the UK right at this minute.

he gets them from the same wholesaler as a few of the big online retailers, which is why he can offer them for lower refs, as he orders in bulk.
