So in effect I sent 4 support tickets and recieved a reply just last week for the second one I submitted. Strange. Thankfully I have now gone green but like owenroberts, I can't get hold of the guy I traded with.

When we have to file for manual credit, it can take up to a month for the advertisers to get back to us regarding specific users, as they only do their reports about once a month. This has been mentioned in the RI thread, as I had to tell people this yesterday.
