eXceem - Real incentives

I am sooooo fed up i have spent a lot of time trying to get referrals for real incentives on consoles i was verifying then 2 daysago i noticed my account was on hold. I sent a support ticket to ask why they said i had 2 accounts to the same address. The first account was never and i never completed an offer it was done as a trade which did not go through. I then unknowingly opened a second account a while later which i went on to complete.
I have explained this to ri but they refuse to take my account off hold.
I feel like i have been scammed it is very unfair asthe first account was never used. They have had the money for the offers completed on my account so why cant they send my gift ??????
Has this happened to anyone else??????
I wasworking on yepitsfree before and they closed down just when id completed andgot all my greens! how unlucky am i, or is it how stupid i am for falling for all this ?

Happend to me on 360Giveaway, but i broke Terms & Con so if you break them, they dont have to send you nothing, so iv dealt with it lol, ~Sorry Tina

what did you do to break terms and conditions ?
Its annoying tho because they can see that the first account was unused i guess they will use any excuse not not sent out your gifts as its more money for them . Each case should be looked at individually its obvious i was not a scammer !!!!

Well it was my first site, and was reall excited lol, so got my dad to sign up on his PC in his office downstairs, he signed up but did not do the offer in the end, so i sent a support ticket to them to tell them it did it and to close the account and ask if it would be ok to carry on,

I got an ticket back saying the account ha been closed, nothing about carrying on lol, so i did carry on, and when it came to verification i was put on hold....which really got on my ...

so i sent them a ticket again and spoke to Tab on here and we told me about multiple accounts, and that i Broke the Terms so they don't have to send jack....Anyway i just bit the bullet and carried on with other sites lol

I know it's nothing to do with verifications, but Real Incentives should be getting better over the next couple of weeks because they're in the middle of installing an autocrediter which will stop the constant asking for credit updates, leaving them with more time to do other stuff!

No, it says she made it for a trade that never went through, then forgot about it and started the site again. Unfortunately theres nothing you can do except learn from your mistake and try again.

yes it does suck big time........ I would have a look at their terms and condtions to see if duplicate accounts were mentioned.

Well i haven't been put on hold for anything but i lost 5 greens when i was going for an ipod video on RI and made do with a shuffle instead, does that qualify me for a treat??!!

Tough luck tina! Don't give up though, stick to Exceem supported sites and genuinely without wanting to sound smug just be a bit better organised. It can be done but it is hard work sometimes and these things happen.

Hope you have better luck in the future
