The R.I terms and conditions does mention duplicate account will be placed on hold ! It says though that they cannot guarantee the accounts will ever be taken off hold. So they could change their mind if they wanted to !

The annoying thing is in the support ticket they replied to the have said i can complete any of their other sites if i wish to ????????????
So if im allowed to complete their other sites why cant they just take this one off hold?

pottageb, why are you saying its R-Is fault? I presume that these referrals would have completed lovefilm, and you didnt advise them well enough on what to do (keep the trial going, and recieve at least 1 dvd).

For the first few months on these forums you were a decent bloke on here, but now you're just annoying people by making stupid unnecessary posts to R-I when its not even their fault? With an attitude like that you may as well quit the freebie scene (if you haven't done so already) and dont bother posting any more. (sorry to sound harsh)

I don't think anyone can change how they put things across, you say I didn't advise them well enough, but I've never had a referral reversed before using exactly the same techniques. I feel it a little bit strange that 10 get reversed on one site at the same time, don't you??

As for your second paragraph, I'm just stating the facts, buddy.
