Just wanna say during my time completing consoles.real-incentives i had my doubts but ash/dunstan/stig came through for me and they've done it once again on apple.real-inentives..

got to say i'd recommend them 110%

They've always been fairly slow replying for me too. I've been processing on a shuffle for about three weeks and it changed today to "STV" whatever that means!! The fact that it changed though indicates there is someone there doing something.

STV - means Sent To Vendor - i.e. its been ordered. Just awaiting shipment.

Yeah, it seems that a growing number of people (myself included) are waiting longer and longer to receive credits from real-incentives. Three weeks is not uncommon. One wonders if threre's a problem?

Hi I've joined upto 2 Real Incentives sites since reading some good reviews on here, but from this thread it seems i'm suffering the same issues of not reponding to support tickets.

I joined up to lovefilm then realised i couldn't so sent them a ticket to say i'd do another offer and to ignore this but nothing.

Are there plans to rectify the speed of responding to tickets?
