Ipodsnatchers = 100% awful!

I only started considering these sort of free sites about a week ago, and I almost left straight off the boat because of www.ipodsnatchers.co.uk

I signed upto their site, looks very professional and legit, and signed up 5/10 people to lovefilm correctly, and everything was looking good. Then I tried to login, it said access denied, my forum posts had dissapeared, the admin doesnt answer emails or support tickets. The forum moderators were really helpful to me, but the admin had not communicated with them in over 3 weeks. The site is a big waste of time, do not do it. My account and refs still havent been replaced or their dissapearance explained, and I doubt they will be. AVOID!

Good luck with the network your on at the moment, choose out of the eXceem supported ones to begin with.

www.ipodsnatchers.com is there and I can log into my account fine. They have been great with me and ipodsnatch comes on here quite a bit. I had a psp game from them.

No-one else has had this trouble as far as I am aware. Send a pm to ipodsnatch on here and raise your issue with them.

I am a mod on their forum and know there are a lot of problems with the server and stuff, no one is deleting anything. Everyone is quick to blast the site until everything gets sorted then they all love the place.....I should know I was guilty of it myself

Well I have got 2 referrals, and clicked order for £40 paypal.

It says : "YOUR ORDER APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED. PLEASE ALLOW US 20 BUSINESS DAYS TO REVIEW IT."

Now its been like 2 months, n they havent posted anything on there forum, said anything, replied to any tickets, n also the admins email

admin[at]ipodsnatchers.com keeps getting sent back because his inbox is full which tells you something :S

Hmmm, I dunno if im going to get my £40 :S

Well I am speaking of my own experience of the site and its awful. I have heard previously It was very good, but now its rubbish. Offers arent getting credited, my account was deleted and noone has made any attempt to explain what happened, reintstate my account, or anything to that end. I would have the equivalent of 4 greens on there, but mine (and all the people who I signed up)'s accounts were deleted (when the site was restored from a backup. Left a very bad taste in mine and my friends mouths. A trained monkey could run a site more professionally.....

I signed up to iPodsnatchers (as a result of a Trade when I restarted last year) & whilst I haven't promoted this site particularly well, I haven't had any real problems with them (got a couple of Greens & a Yellow that's been 'Waiting For Approval' since January).
Admittedly, I've not really taken them that seriously, as I've been concentrating on other sites but maybe things would look a bit different if it was a site I was actively pushing on.

That being said, I will be the first to admit that had I realised at the time that they weren't eXceem supported (or Pending), I probably wouldn't have signed up in the first place (Trade or no Trade).

i ahve had 2 games from them and am working on a 2nd gift , they are not the fastest to reply but i havent had any problems with them , although you seem to have a bad experience with them i think they are alright

Okay, I do understand that, but there is a good chance that they are going down the tubes, a mod was telling me that the admin is losing money or something, and I just want to make people aware that there are exceem supported sites that do the same gifts for the same number of refs and that IPS is one to avoid....

So what am i meant to do, if they dont reply to support tickets, email inbox is full, dont go on there forum, and dont send my £40. What am i meant to do.

Waiting forever for the admin is the tactic thats being employed by everyone on the forum, including the mods.... I don't know what else to do, except join another site and use your signing up efforts elsewhere!

I recon people should just wait. Ipodsnatchers are provinding a service, and they work to their own timescale not everyone elses.

Maybe I should think about my last response

My friend showed me this site recently (10th feb) I signed up and did an offer, and got credit 2 days later, which I thought was great, so I dont really have a problem with them.

I doubt in 10 years time most of these sites will still be open. I dont know how you will cope in the verfication stage!

Stormrider, you said you've e-mailed admin [at] ipodsnatchers.com and it's come back.....I've just done it and I've got no problems. All the support tickets I've submitted have been answered relatively quickly. I've only been on the site about 2 months, only taken it seriously the past month and I have loads of sign-ups, a load of yellow and enough greens (with a few on top for reversals) for my DS
