I reccomend you avoid the Genius Team network. Matt has a personal problem with me, so he is refusing to give me credit for an offer I completed, even though I am meant to complete an offer on his site as part of a trade.

I have done 3 offers for ToonGeneral and Matt has not given me credit, replied to my no offer credit report, or any of my emails.

How unprofessional?

I have sorted out all but two of my trades now, this one with ToonGeneral, and one with hinz (which will be done soon).

I can now face suspension on Exceem because of this.

If you do continue to work on any sites with this network, be careful not to upset Matt in anywa,

First of all, you undertook a number of green for green trades and did not complete your part of the trade, in a resonable period of time, for a number of people.

Having speaking to the owner of the genius team, you accounts there were suspended due to offers being completed with fraudulent info on previous offers.

And since you are 15, and the offers require you to be over 18, even if you had the permission of the cardholder/person etc who is over 18, the offer should be linked to their account, not yours.

And I also think you should help ToonGeneral on another site that he's working on, to repair the damage because you won't be able to anything on the genius network. Just because you have been suspended doesn't mean you can't do anything.

yeah and as for genius team not responding to support tickets i cant believe that, they responded to mine super quick time and restored my green with no problems, think its a bit out of order to go shouting out like that, i mean i could say that giveaway is the worst network because they havent updated my green yet whereas genius team took 4hours!!! but thats lame because what do i know? i havent used all the networks yet so cant go making a statement like that!

Stop dissing the Genius Team network.

They are a very good network and MAtt, the owner is a nice guy and easy to get on with and I have had no problems with Genius Team.

Just because you were refused credit, that does not mean that Matt has a problem with you. He is much more professional than that. It cold be for a number of reasonsfor example the ones Jon said.

also in your gmail screenshot there are emails to YOU transfering the ££ form paypall to game account and back again etc

game account is a gambling site, that to me looks like YOU have been gambling on gameaccount, and hence could cause legal issues for them, which in turn may cause them to look at the leads the free gift sites provide and if they have a few under 18 players they may stop the offer, since underage gambling online could cost them their license etc

First of all - thank you for those replies supporting our network above. We try our hardest to remain a fast, professional and personal network and continually strive to be the best operating network about.

Regarding this post, I don't feel there is much to add to it. Shyam had been previously banned from the Genius Network, and the account he used to try and complete the offer for TG must have slipped under our net. We apologise to TG for wasting his time on this matter. We should have acted faster to have prevented something like this happening.

As for the offer completion. I have looked back through our logs, and as yet I cannot see any evidence of a successful offer completion on Shyam's behalf. As such we cannot credit him anyway.

Similarly, whilst we do not explicity state (though I could be wrong) our site offers a variety of offers that ensure that you must be 18 to complete the offer, ie: betting offers. Under current UK law completing a betting/gambling offer is illegal if you are under 18 years of age. We not only risk our own business by sending them a client that is under 18, but similarly we put their business at risk. Whilst we have no way of actually assessing the age of most of our users where we do know we try and stop this type of activity as we are committed maintaining our network to the best possible standards.

We would also like to state that it is our priority to respond to both offer completion and support tickets as soon as humanly possible. We try our hardest to ensure that we are the fastest operating network and we hope that many users enjoy our speed in processing accounts. When there is a problem with a user account we look into it personally and act accordingly. I apologise to the user(s) above who have encountered problems with our network. We are still in the process of sorting this out, and we hope that we can resolve this issue shortly.

At the end of the day, we at the Genius Network are committed to providing a dedicated and efficient network of sites that offers a variety of products at competitive referral rates. Comments, criticisms and queries are always appreciated. As I said, we want to be the best network - listening to you is the only way we can be.

I'm sure you can post in the forum you have for site owners and ask if I've done Game Account on any other site, you'll find I haven't.

As I've said before, even if you had done the offer legitimately, your account is banned, so the offer credit wouldn't have counted anyway.

Similarly, as I've said before - we're not a charity. If we don't get paid, neither do you. Screen shots don't count for anything. When we see money in our account, you see a green in yours - that's how it works.
