REAL INCENTIVES - Someone help!

Hi, this is directed to someone specifically from Real Incentives please.

I have had a support ticket ticket open for nearly two weeks without an answer so i am hoping that someone will read this. I have two queries, one of which needs someone from Real Incentives.

But this one i think a lot of people might be able to help with. I have enough credits for two games at Console Incentives. How do i go about choosing them? Do i click verify and once i'm verified do i select the games or do i have to choose beforehand? Can i choose games that have accessories with them, e.g. WiiPlay with Wiimote, or Singstar with Microphones, or an Eye Toy game with Eye toy, or is it just the game i'm allowed?

Secondly, can someone from Real Incentives tell me if my brother will be able to complete an offer for me. I have no offers available to me at my account but my bro has offered to do one for me if he is allowed. He lives at a different address and obviously has a different name so i wanted to check if that was OK for me to get the credit or does it have to be done in my name? I suspect only someone from Real Incentives can answer that one for sure so i would appreciate if they could. Like i say my support ticket remains unanswered after nearly two weeks so i thought i'd give it a try here.

i dont have an answer for the second one, but for the first, im pretty sure its 2 games in value of up to £40 each

I got Pro Evolution Soccer 6 and the Xbox Live Arcade Camera.

So I think it should be ok.

you can send a support ticket at anytime with your choices, but no need to worry if you don't, because they will send an email during processing to find out if you haven't.
