eXceem - Anyone have a comment on ForFree4u??

Hi, i completed an offer for a PS2 with Forfree4u and a Wii with a sister site WiiForFree but only found out when i went to verify that they say allow up to 45 business days which is 9 weeks!! Its been over 5 weeks for the wii and 4 for the PS2 so i was wondering if anyone had any experiences with either of these and knows whether i will have to wait the full amount of time or they might arrive early. I could not find any threads on this theme so i hope it's OK posting a new one thanks

Usually they arrive early, although it is unusual that it's taking over 4 weeks for them to arrive.

It basically depends on when the lovefilm or/and the which? fraud reports come in. As those offers take up the majority of the reversals networks tend to verify accounts when they receive this report. So most usually, as maybs said it will arrive earlier.

Thanks, i'll just keep waiting then i guess. Does anyone think the general shortage of Wii's in the shops has anything to do with it also? Also do they email you to let you know its coming or does it just turn up?!

Wii's are sold out in all of the main stores - but I'm not sure if this is affecting where ForFree4U buy them from as well. If they order in batch, its likely they may have ordered a lot, and therefore can fulfil the order, however, if they are ordering from online sites such as Amazon etc it could take a little longer.

ForFree4U are a great site, great support, and great at crediting. You could always PM the ForFree4U staff on here or add them to MSN if you think your problem is getting out of hand.

Good luck, but they have sent many gifts and are very reliable, so don't worry too much!

Thanks, thats very reassuring from you all!! I opened a support ticket and i am waiting for a reply but you've reassured me that they are not a bunch of Charlatans and that i should hold tight. Yeah, i played a wii in a shop when it came out and was such fun, that's why i'm desperate for it to arrive!!!

I gave up on free 4 weeks ago.

No replies to emails, I still have open tickets from January then get asked to open a new one. I ended up just buying an Xbox because of the 'free4support'

Well I can honestly say that this is the best network I have worked with regarding support and flexibility.

The longest I ever waited for a reply to my support ticket was a mere 5 and a half hours. But on average, I had responses with an hour and a half.

I even got to choose an alternative to getting a Wii, infact - they let me choose exactly which shop I wanted gift vouchers for.

I've now placed my order and am awaiting my vouchers, needless to say I am one very happy guy.

I must agree with strider, top network, doing everything right, to be at the top...support is just awesomee....asked them about something y'day had an answer within maybe an hour...replied, had an reply within an hour - keep it up guys !

one little thing tho - the amazon vouchers peed me off a bit lol, but I can understand why the doing that.

btw - when will the next update be ?

Free4u are superb...within the last 2 weeks I got an Xbox 360 Premium and Samsung 40" HDTV from them!

They are responsive and take responsiblity. They could do with being more transparent in why there are reversals but playing Gears of Way on a 40" TV thanks for Forfree4u puts it all in perspective!
