| Re: Nintendo DSBit of a vague question. Best could mean a lot of things. Low refs are desirable but with no good (free) offers they can be useless. If there is a free offer then most here find that a slightly higher refferal requirement doesn't matter. Personally I'd go for a site with Lovefilm from an eXceem supported site or consoles.freefor.me.uk or forfree4u. I suggest gameconsolegiveaway as they are reliable, have a free offer, and the ref amount isn't too bad (6).
