I think you've made a good point there, but only time will show. But if they send the PayPal gifts I can't see a reason why they shouldn't send the physical gifts out.

Matkavs phone was delayed (a supplier issue, not a problem with RI) and he has had a PayPal alternative.

I think we should just have rid of it altogether considering it means we never know how many referrals we actually have, and adds over a month to recieving our gifts!

I had the cash from Ash as Komplett just kept putting back the dispatch date without explanation.

I bought the phone myself of the net. Its great. And if you look in the "I got my free item" section you will see my post that I had the cash.

I will post piccys of the phone later. I have nothing against RI and think they and all networks are doing the best they can with the current Lovefilm decline rates.

So if lovefilm credit checks are 2 months in arrears if i verify now will itbe at least mid march before my account even shows as verifaction complete?
cos having to wait months is total crap imho if thats the case then lovefilm needs to revise what they are doing or the freebie sites need to get rid..

I got Â£250. Yes they're slow and this is probably cos they're new - but they're nice people (as far as i can tell), and although i got into the routine of taking what they said with a pinch of salt, Â£250 in my bank you cannot argue with.

I think the reason that they are "slow" is because they have become so popular in such a short space of time. If they werent as succesful, they would have more time on their hands to answer support tickets and updating would be quicker. As they have stated, things will soon improve once lovefilm gets their act together.

Still, if people are starting to get their gifts, its a lot better than some EX-sites ever did. Good luck to the RI team

Yeah, we slowed down greatly because of the speed at which we grew. However, we're only going to get faster, which is a good thing for the users. Hopefully if we can get Which? on our site things will improve even more.

^^ I wish!! I will be answering support tickets at approx. 6pm every evening, sometimes twice a day just so you know.

Ash and Dunstan also answer tickets, but that is just my timescale.
