Freeipoduk.com - Still waititng for some referrals to be credited, one a whopping 8 weeks! Its like Ive been frozen (but have not!). customer service non existent. Says they will be in touch shortly but have had no replies to my two emails.

Yes they are extremely slow but they still deliver

Had 1 green and 4 people sign up for 1 offer and 62 people in total signing up with no offers complete for over 3 months????

Every person who signed up was told instructions on what to do including completing 2 offers.

I have emailed them constantly with not a single word back from them.

Well in freeipoduk's defence i got my ipod mini 1 month after 7 referrals were received and very good updateing!

I know the grab network do theirs at least daily

i havent actually joined any of these yet but i was just wonering even though you have had you accounts open for so long have you been charged or have you had to pay any money at all

I'd say focus on any other site than the submission sites !!!

Have a look at the main forum page and then have a look at some othe the other networks listed. Decide which to go for from the list.

seriously though, a formal complaint on behalf of Exceem via the trading standards or some ombudsman service (obviously requiring the correct research) might just kickstart submission. I would be happy to call Watchdog or something. Are they breaking the rules? I know they probably exempt themselves from anything in their terms but the non-existant service they provide is entirely unfair and they are sitting ona mountain of advertiser's cash whilst not having to fork out a penny.

If people are with me then I'd be happy to chase this up.

There is nothing you can do - in the terms you agree to on the site (and this applies to all the sites) they do not gurentee you going green. So there are not actually doing anything wrong.

I know, thats what I said, but surely they are obliged to provide at least some level of service if they are a registered company marketing their product/service. To leave paying customers in the lurch like this has been done before and companies have been severely repremanded regardless of exempting terms and conditions.

If you agree to a sites terms and conditions, no matter what they say then you have no comeback at all.

They do not state they will reply to every question they have either.

A website like this can not control hwo a user access thier site and then the related offers. Thats why they state they will not gurentee any offer credits.

You didn't pay to join thier site and they never asked for any money. You out of your owen choice decided what offer to complete and what to pay.

I'm in no way sticking up for them as i do think they are taking the micky - but there is nothing, abosolutly nothing you can do.

Focus on a site that has gained a good reputation. And take freeipoduk as a learning curve.

kc, it depends on the offer that u complete.

if u did a free trial, then as long as u cancelled it in time, then u will never pay a penny for as long as you have an account
