Real incentives - No answer!?

Hey guys, Been verifying on real incentives now since late november, like the 26th or something and i still havent heard anything from them. I know this aint too long as some sites take months, but it says 5-25days on real incentives and it is obviously over this now! I dont want 2 moan especially as it is christmas/new years and ther obviously very busy, so i sent real incentives the following support ticket.

I've posted on here now 2, as they havent got back 2 me yet and was wandering if anyone else is havin a bit of a wait for answers to support tickets or verification, just to make sure im not the only one!

Again, just 2 make sure everyone knows, im not moaning or slaggin off real incentives, just tryin 2 make sure everythings ok!

Read the main thread on RI. As with all networks that suport Lovefilm, they are waiting for the Lovefilm fraud report so that they can verify accounts. It was meant to have arrived before christmas but its been delayed somewhat, it can't be far off now though.

It's the list of signups who have had credit rejected due to fraud or another fault with their registration which is against T&C's. Once they get this list they know which members have broken offer T&C's and will not be receiving money from so they put them on hold. This will bring down the total referrals each person has and therefore they need to wait to see how many from your account go on hold before verifying you.

I am also having the exact same issue. I started processing on the same day and they haven't replied to my ticket either.

Well, the magnets were awesome. It's just I haven't had a costly freebie, ie. An ipod, a pc, a wii. Not yet anyway :P

Yeah, on my verification page it says you have enough credits for your ipod photo - even though the gift is £200 paypal. I changed gifts and it still said ipod photo - this gift isn't even one of the choices!

I submitted a support ticket nearly a week ago and no answer!!!

we have a lot of support tickets to get through from the xmas and new year period. Your's will be answered shortly.

The 'Ipod photo' text is a glitch in our coding, you will recieve the item you chose.

No offence but your service use to be amazing, really good. like answering support tickets in a hour. but now, my account took a week just to be greened on a offer (gala) and then about 2months to verify. and it took you 2weeks to answer my ticked.

Markham, yes it's me on your case again.

You have been a member 2 days so how would you know what Real-incentives used to be like? What was your previous eXceem name?

If you bothered to read through the threads you'd see just how hard working the team have been and I dont envy them one bit. You obviously think they just sit around all day.

They simply cant just green your offer without checking Gala first, and this takes time also.

Your posts are really not helping any of us because they are trying their best.

This was changed before Xmas due to the fact that there were so many members. I dont think any network guarantees this anyway

I thought if you were banned you couldnt rejoin?
