When I requested verification it was done in 2 hours. But then they had trouble getting me my ipod, each week for over a month I was told my iPod would come the following week, but it never did. Then I spoke to the head of customer service who explained there was a problem with there supplier, but to compensate me he'd send me out a colour ipod (this was the day after the colour ipods were released). So I guess overall good... I haven't seen my ipod yet, it was delivered to my neighbour two weeks ago!  |
