i only signed up on monday night but i spoke to matt and he said that betfair wasnt even registered so i did bingos and he said that was registered but nothing in the way of commission, he didnt seem very helpful but thats prob because i just added him to my msn messenger and msn'd him!

I couldn't be very helpful because you didn't let the full 5 days expire as we state on our site. After this period has passed, of course we will look into things for you. Similarly, the information that is supplied to us on our affiliate sites is very sparse - we really don't get that much info between you signing up to a site, and us getting credited.

And as I stated at the time, my MSN is for personal use only, not for business use. If you have any questions, queries or problems with any of the Genius Team sites we advise that you either file a support ticket or simply send an email to the corresponding address and we will usually be able to contact you back within a matter of hours.

Have since opened the support ticket and have been told " if we do not get paid, neither do you " and even if i send the details of the sign up i received they still wont budge, unlike freeipods.com

Sent you a reply to that support ticket, but if you're just going to post it here, shall we just cut out the middle man and post it all here? Would make life a lot easier...?

As I replied in my support ticket we run a different business compared to freeipods.com. Supplying me with the sign up details shows one thing - that you signed up for the site(s) in question. However, it does not prove you did it through our site, nor at the time you stated, or even used our referral link (I am not questioning your integrity - I am merely making a generalised point).

Because we simply have no proof that you successfully completed the offer from our site we cannot give you credit. Unless our advertisers tell us that you have successfully completed an offer through our site, ie: we receive commission from them, we simply have no way of knowing that you completed the offer, and as such cannot credit you.

As I stated before, we are a business, not a charity. If we do not get credited neither do you, and that's how its bound to work. Our business model works on this very premise.

I sympathise with you, as it sounds as you've had some bad luck in completing offers through our site. However, we have had lots of users complete both of the offers in question and you are the only user that has had a problem, or filed a support ticket. Therefore this leads us to believe the problem is at your end, not ours or the advertisers, and other than suggesting you give it another shot, there is nothing we can do for you, other than contact the advertisers (as I have done twice now, without reply) and ask them to personally look into it.

In fairness I've had a couple of my refs do Betfair and suffer an issue with the deposit, ie Betfair dont take it, and when they do take it later, they dont get cleared as green. I believe one of my refs has already opened a support ticket with you, but I'll check to see if the others have.

Either way to my knowledge you have had another support ticket about Betfair for a day or two, unless we're talking about Bingos here? I am confused!

We're talking about iPodLove specifically, hence the topic title. However, as stated, we have had no problems with Bingos or BetFair on iPodLove with any other user as of yet.

If the problem had just been with BetFair it might have narrowed it down to just them being the issue, but the fact that its failed on two advertisers seems a little odd to us.

you hadnt clicked the bingos offer from anywere else at all? they could well track cookies and the first link you clicked will get the advertising comission rather than ipodlove (which at the end of the day it isnt ipod loves fault)

i assume you havnt doen bingos allready, or after doin it for ipods, and no one in your household has either
