best email?

ive always found that hotmail is the most popular email service but now that i think about it, it seems to be the worst. You have to pay for it if you want outlook to work with it, you only get 250mb if ure on the classic version and it can b a bit laggy. I prefer googlemail which has nearly 3gb of space and it is always up and it works with outlook and yahoo does the same job and there always adding features. So lets make a poll about it!

Googlemail rules the email world. I have over 500 emails and i dont think i have even used 1% of the allowed space, and i love the archive and conversation features. hotmail sucks bigtime, i get more spam in my inbox than in my junk folder and probably even more actual wanted email in my junk than my inbox.

seems that way, problem is since doing alot of freebie sites it seems im getting loads of spam, so iv had to switch the spam fliter back on on hotmail, but problem is its crap and dont work propperly lol

I like gmail and hotmail, hotmail my email address for spam and gmail is the one I use for other stuff.

the thing is, my hotmail spam filter level is fairly high in my options page. but it just doesnt work, surely they can filter out "get cheap meds".

I use Gmail for my main email account, but I've kept my Yahoo and Hotmail accounts for things that I think I might be spammed by, eBay, etc.

Every time I actually have to check my Yahoo and Hotmail, I'm always struck by how much nicer Gmail is to use.

I've used the same Yahoo email account since about 1998. Only recently has the Bulk folder been filling up with spam, and the new version they've upgraded to has been awful. I've gone back to the original version a couple of days back. It was taking a good few seconds to respond to any click you made within system and I didn't really see any benefits to it.

ye ive been gettin loads of spam since the upgrade. But once i unsubscibed to it all they stopped. I recon they had some kind of deal in the t & c were they sign u up 2 a load of junk u dont want!

Haha this topic just reminded me i have an old gmail account back from when they were first made! They have 3gb worth of storage now wow! Haha if anyone wants any invitations (if i find out how) then just ask

Theres a wee box on the bottom left of your screen, But I think everyone only gets 2 invites now so you might have more than that since you were there from the start
