| I voted MJ, but only because I personally preffer his music to elvis. However, I don't think I have the right to compare these two artists. I know almost nothing about either artist, apart from the obvious things. I was only born in the 90's and one of them was dead way before I was born - I never experienced it properly and therefore count myself out of comparing them on any further grounds. |

| Elvis Presley was technically the most gifted singer ever in the pop era, and also the most popular being one of the two acts to sell over a billion records (the other being The Beatles). Not that it's fair to compare MJ to him, as they're both very different.

| I voted MJ, in my opinion he was the greatest. MJ has broke every record, like the biggest selling album of all time with 110+ million copies sold. The most awards won by any artist, the most expensive music video ever, the greatest video ever made, fastest ever ticket sales, most fans attended in a concert, and so the list goes forever on. He was just the greatest dancer as well, Elvis cannot even compare to MJ in terms of dance. I grew up with MJ and so did my family and friends, i've always tried to like Elvis but i never did. So MJ FTW! |

| Yes but MJ, has sold over 800 million records since his death, and thats still counting, as there is 100's of unreleased materials from MJ. Which one album is going to be released this November. Also MJ has made 1 billion dollars since his death last year, which is more than Elvis has made after 30 odd years since he died! |

| What Elvis died on a toilet?? Both died sad ways. MJ is more worldwide than Elvis hands down, look at the outcome when he died, MJ was on the news for months. the coverage never stopped. People from different countries such, China, Japan, India, Africa, Dubai, Australia, Bahamas, Cuba and so on... The outpouring of Love was sensational, and MJ has the most friends on facebook more than anyone else. The INTERNET even crashed and so did twitter when he died. It was madness |

| Well yes, it must of been hard in those days. Both were very different i know, but both were the greatest in the history of entertainment. Look in the 80's when Thrilller came out, people had no access to iTunes or any digitial dowloads. They were bought from record shops, and it became the biggest selling album in those times with around 20-30 million copies, until this day it still is. |

| Nowdays, songs are soo much different, MJ and Elvis actually sang songs that were meaningful and that meant something to people. Nowdays the songs are just dissapointing |

| I dont get it how can anyone call what MJ used to as dancing? I agree what ever it was he was good at, but its not dancing! When peeps try and replicate him on a dancefloor, you just think what is that crazy fool doing?! So why isnt it the same with MJ?!
