Which game to buy?

I'm finally going to have some time to relax over xmas and so I'm going to buy a new game for my 360. I don't want to spend too much so I've been checking out the deals on the Zavvi website.

At around the same price are Gears of War 2 and Fallout 3; which one should I get?

fallout 3 without a doubt. its massive, great fun, addictive and you will definitely get your moneys worth x100.

the amount of side missions and places to explore is absolutely ridiculous. it takes a while to get into, and try not to charge straight through the main storyline. take time to travel and do other quests

also, another bonus is the amount of downloadable content, 3 expansion packs I think

Fallout 3 imo, one of the best games i have played in my life. Easily 60 hours minimum playthrough to do most stuff. I have done neally 70 hours i think and i still have a few dlc's to go and places to visit.

Be sure to get the game of the year edition though, as you will get all the dlc with it which would cost another £40 by itself.
