Yes, why wouldn't you? Whether someone has a disability or not, they are still people like you and me. The disability shouldn't even be part of the reason as to whether or not you date someone.

I have to say, I really don't know. Sounds harsh but I'm just being honest.

I know for certain that if I was with someone and something happened then I would def stay with them, but that's because I'd already think about them in the right way.

I don't know whether I'd feel the same meeting someone who was disabled. I'd really like to think that it wouldn't effect how I felt about someone but I dunno.

are you a bloody sociologist?? You seem to be spending more times asking questions about our attitudes then you do about getting free stuff..... maybe you should go and find a mass debating forum (pun intended)

yes, I have done, like grabrail said, being blind really doesn't make the person any different to anyone else.
@the op, you do know this is primarily a freebie forum?

But I must agree, a major disability such as deaf or blind might put me off, not trying to be harsh, just honest.

Drathro will become famous soon enough
I'm not blind or deaf but i am pretty badly dissabled, and to be honest you'd have to be insane to date me.

But..

I dont see why being blind or deaf would make all that much difference to a relationship, they obviously can communicate ok or you'd never have met them in the first place.
And communication is the key to a good relationship.

Sorry to hear that.

I just think it's the kind of thing where you'd need to meet in very different circumstances than what people often do. Like I imagine, for me at least, it'd be the kind of thing that'd be a long term friendship that'd change at some point

If you are waiting to be eligible, give something to the forum, not just posting lots of threads for no apparent interest or reason. Learn about freebies by searching the forum, and when someone new comes along asking questions like so many others, you will know the answers

You're not likely to love someone before you date them tho, that'd be weird
