Would you like an Internet Browser on XBox 360??

Im for the internet browser because the PS3 has one, The Wii has one and even the Nintendo DS Lite has one and Microsoft is the only company to have an internet browser of their own and a Console.

So why have we gone so long without one?

The Sky player looks good!! I am not to fussed about the Internet browser as that is what my mac is for but if they can add it they mite aswell

Tbh i dont see any reason why there should be. My ps3, wii, psp and ds have internet browsing capabilities - but i use none of them as its just more inconvenient. I guess if for some reason i was unable to use my laptops/pc's it might be useful!

I like the idea of it, I actually really like the PS3 one, it's good for watching youtube on my TV. And you're right Doctor, why doesn't it, besides, Microsoft could charge for it, and we all know how much Microsoft like money (look at the Left4Dead expansion pack drama)

Why be a sheep and do/have what everyone else has. The XBOX doesn't need one and like the poll says, that's what PC's are for.

Definitely not.

Can't see any benefits to it. Tried the PS3 one and wasn't even that impressed with it!

they do it because they dont want to detract from people buying computers and laptops. They can put a browser they are just reluctant to do so. Ms primary business is software and computers are what makes it the real big money not 360

id like it even though i have a laptop it would make the 360 even better n blow the ps3 away.
yes the ps3 is a good games console but the 360 is so much better online i suppose, its what you pay for

It would be good idea to have one i think, cuz if u only have one computer in ur house and ur bro/sis wants to use the internet at the same time, then they can go on the xbox.

I wouldn't like a browser on Xbox. I would simply want a Xbox 360. Xbox and its games are good enough for me.

Thinking about it, I might withdraw my previous statement, MS do like money, so they will make people buy computers for that, however the XBox does feel a little, empty....

im surprised the xbox dont have one either. i use the ps3 one a fair bit. homepage is set to a online movie site. mainly use the browser to watch films online on my tv. better than watching on monitor lol. very weird though how it dont have one. are there any suggestions for one in the nr future?

Nooo, that's a good thing! Once the warranties ran out, boom, you need another XBox, it's like the warranty banana.
