London is a horrible place to live?

I went to London for a few days on a trip and I couldn't stand it! The sheer amount of pollution in the air was astounding! And I couldn't live without being near the sea. I can see the sea now from my window

I love it here in Plymouth. It's got a good town centre, good shops, got an icerink 5 mins away and swimming pool, got 2 cinemas, got a bowling alley and arcade...What more couldcha want?

on topic, I have been to London many times, and always enjoyed it, but as others have said, wouldn't want to live there, too dirty, and many people are ignorant, but like any place there are good areas, bad areas

I would love to live in London, but could not really do so for more than a few years. My girlfriend lives in Morden at the moment, which is a nice area. I love going to London but have never actually lived there, but have experienced many of the areas. I think it can be both good and bad depending on what your looking for! A night out can be expensive, ditto with shopping, eating, living etc!! But when it comes to Jobs and the workplace it has so much opportunity.
