wich TV should i buy ?

i'm going to buy a new TV between 42" and 50" and i found those ones but i hesitate between these three TVs

Philips - 5000 series LCD TV 47" Full HD 1080p digital TV - 47PFL5604H/12 - 5000 series - Televisions - Sound and vision

LG Product Support for 50PS3000

50" HD Plasma TV Series 5 50inch (PS50B550) - plasma TV - television | SAMSUNG

i need help !

The 1st and 3rd ones look very nice, although the 1st one looks more like a computer monitor. Plus, I rate Samsung and not LG!

When you write up the 1st post for the thread there are options further down the page. There you'll be able to set up a poll.

(is 47" a bad thing? Or a good thing? The samsung was 50". Didn't see prices though)

47" is about 117 cm its great and 50" is about 125 cm not a very big difference

That's a large TV!

I would personally go with the Samsung out of those 2, but have you looked at LED? So much better than LCD and HD.

Personally i would go for Samsung - never have had any problems with any equipment of Samsung
LGs i owned were alvays crumbling after while, TVs, DVDs, phones... lost my patience with this brand long time ago.

My Samsung TVs sound stopped working recently, only works with speakers in it, and the freeview also broke on it

also the Samsung laptop I had broke after not so long, was awful lol. Really like Samsung however, despite my TV not half working would buy another Samsung TV to replace it, they're great... apart from the whole breaking thing. Although never buy a Samsung laptop, they obviously know nothing about making laptops!

i have looked at the LED TVs but it's too expensive for Now (i just rent a new appart so i have to buy all the stuff needed : beds , frige kitchen things , etc ...)

I would say the Samsung or LG both are great. And buy it from DIXONS, you won't get cheaper!

No 2 is available for £700 from Dixons.

Funnily enough I am waiting for mine to be delivered today, lol. I ordered it earlier in the week.

I went to see it in the shop and it looked awesome dude! So I reckon get that one as its cheap and kicks @ss!!

Im in love, its massive and the picture quality is sooooo good. Im going to have to play all my PS3 games again so I can fully appreciate the picture.
