  | Which mobile phone whould i get?...I know there are quite a few of these polls around now, and some of you might be bit annoyed, but i can't decide! A) I want LG Renoir because of the good camera and because it has a good responsive touch screen B) I want Nokia 5800, because it is a Smart phone and there are loads of games/apps for it and because it is a music phone and supports up to 16Gb of external memory... If you have any other suggestions of phones which cost around £250 please post  P.S. Are there a lot of games for Renoir? Cheers guys  |

| NEW iPHONE  I don't like the 5800, a mate has it so would choose the Renoir (or Arena!). Probs best to wait a little while though because there are all sorts of rumours about cheaper iPhones etc. |

| Hopefully they release a new one which can be purchased on PAYG. Last time it was contract only and it was only a while after they you could have it on PAYG. |

| Well I've got it, been using it for a few days. Features-wise it's awesome, camera pictures are crisp and clear - the GPS works well although the software available for it could do with a bit of an update. The touch screen itself is very responsive but some things on the phone are quite slow. For example going into the gallery. This isn't an iPhone after all. One other small problem is sometimes texts don't send and you have to cancel them, copy them back to drafts and send again to get them to work, but this happens about 1 in every 30/40 texts or something silly like that and I'm sure a future firmware upgrade will sort it. The keyboard on screen keyboard is fiddly at first but you get used to it quickly - however I wouldn't recommend to anyone with fat fingers. Overall - yeah go for it mate, it's an awesome piece of kit Any other questions, fire away! |
