I lie on my stomach but put my head on the side so i don't suffocate on my pillow. It sounds like an awful position to be in when you sleep but trust me it feels awesome!!

I find myself sleeping in a sort of recovery position.

I've always wondered what I'm like when I sleep, so much so that I thought about setting up a camera to see how much I moved in the night but I don't think i'd have the patience to watch it all back.

When I was younger I used to sleep completely in the middle of the bed so that my body was perfectly in the centre and had even space on either side of me, so that anything under my bed, no matter which side it put it's hand out, it wouldn't be able to grab me and pull me down as I'd be just out of reach.

Apart from when it's a long armed monster of course, but luckily I survived them.

i kinda sleep diagonally too so dont worry your manliness isnt at risk. I sleep on my stomach, i used to sleep on my side but i gradually moved to sleeping on my stomach for somet reason. I always wake up with a terrible bed head.

Pretty much always sleep on my side. Usually left side on left side of the bed. Unless my girlfriends over then i sleep on the few inches at the edge of the bed so her petite 5ft2 form can get the space it apparently needs!!

Dunno why tho but i always have to roll onto my left then right side before goin to sleep, just coz it aches a bit or something?!!

Also prefer to have a radio/tv/etc on on sleep aswell.

(interesting choice of topic!)

I'm a side sleeper, interested you are discussing pillows, I get a sore neck, and find it difficult to get a good pillow, I have bought more than 10 in the last few years without a great deal of success, I have had the ikea pillow and it was good to start with but soon flattened and was too low for me.

I'm in germany and i'm finding it quite hard to get used to the pillows. They're square out here and are quite large, so I have to fold it in half to make it comfortable.

great thanks Mr Icks, started new job on Thursday, I'm really enjoying it, people are great, weather is fantastic even though it's autumn here. It'll take us a while to settle in especially my wife and kids, after all it's easy for me as I spend most of my day at work, but I'm sure it's going to work out well. The town we are living is is a great country town with lots of good independent shops, and parks.
