Easy Medium or Hard? When playing a Game!

When you play new Computer Games how do you play it?
Easy, Medium or Hard?
Please Truthful Answers Only.
I only play Hard in games because it helps you get better, also it helps you play better online.
When playing Easy you dont get as much skill as you are just bettering that setting.

I always start off in medium, then if I can be arsed I'll redo it in hard.

Im the same as mdnl, always start on medium. Never start on easy as a lot of games miss a lot of stuff out of the whole game to make it easier!

same! Always start on medium, if it's too easy I'll move up. I used to play all games on hard but sometimes it can take some enjoyment out of the game if it's too hard

I usually start on medium...most games I want to see the story quickly rather than the game! Such as MGS4 I wanted to know what happened!

If I can be bothered after I'll go through on hard, I doing that on COD at the moment!

I start on medium, then when I finish it I leave it for months then go back and do it again on hard. It prolongs the life of the game IMO as quite a lot are pretty easy to complete these days.

I completed COD4 on the Veteran setting (i think that is the hardest one)
Took me a while but felt great achievement after.

If I find a game thats too hard then i will go down. (like the original DooM) lol

I used to always start my games on easy. Now I start on medium and once I've completed the game, if I come back to it again at some point, I'll play it on hard.

it depends what genre I'm playing
for all shooters (3rd and 1st person) it will be hard, but for other games, Ill start on easy, just because im not usually accustomed to playing that genre

same as most people, i never do a game on easy. always do the game on medium and if i like it or am gonna play it online then replay it on hard

Neither, i'm using "Veteran", lol. Just bought Call of Duty today and realised I can get 90% of the achievements on my 1st place through if I done it on Vet.
