PEANUT BUTTER RULES!!!!!!!

it IS food for the gods..

pretty bad for you in large doses, and gives you spots and you gain weight and all sorts of crap, BUT in small doses it tastes GREAT!!!!!

mmmm... i feel peckish now..

peanut butter tip:

have a big dod of peanut butter with a few sticks of cellaray (can i spell cellaray?).

i'ts unhealthy and healthy at the same time! balances out..

one of my m8s called Karim had a severe allergic reaction and was in hospital for 3 days after his stupid dad fed him peanut butter on toast (he may have been drunk dunno) when they already knew that he was highly allergic to nuts...

he was only 5 aswell!

Oh my GOD how I love peanut butter.....

I've loved it since I was little, always had it in my packed lunch! I agree with Claire about the toast...I love 'super smooth' though
