Exceem "extended" member awards- poll or pm?

This poll is to decide whether the exceem member awards (will be seperate from member of the year) should be decided using the medium of pming or a poll.

i did think pming would be a bit dodgey, and it would be obvious that a poll would be voted but worth putting up just to keep domel happy y'know lol
