It is annoying and was funny about 6 months ago, not any more.

There is no need for it.

It ain't big and it ain't clever

Now i'm not naming names, but it has to stop.

Can we pass a rule that from now on "Rick Rolling" is banned on Exceem and anyone who does it gets punished?

right, here is my opinion. No matter how much I hate rick rolling, some people still find it funny, and I don't see it as an offence and should be allowed on exceem.

If this is censored how much further will it go. ?

It's not hard to close them these days, and modern browsers have protection. (Plus, in FireFox you can tick boxes to say not to allow sites to modify window size/position if it isn't enabled by default)

Name me - i believe ive done it twice on here now. I think at most a infraction point is needed for persistant offenders, maybe further action is needed for unappropiate usage.

Doesnt matter how old a joke is, if people are still falling for it then its still funny!
