eXceem - Did Freepay extend your 120 day period?

I got 17/20 greens on gifts.freepay for a macbook and am desperate to get Freepay to extend but so far no word from support!!

So who has and hasn't managed to be extended?

extended mine twice, don't always reply to support tickets though so just keep checking your deadline date, might do it without informing you

m8 if it's already past i doubt freepay will give you an extension. they're so moneygrabbing. gutted for you if you lost 17 refs! you might just of handed freepay about £500 on a silver platter!

freepay have extended my account many times, twice on two occasions. i was always careful to ask about 2 or three weeks before though.

I think, if they know that your close to completing it but wont manage, they'll never extend it, cause if they let you get a high amount of refs then put you on hold they keep the cash.

They only did it for me, when I had a couple of refs but when I was 1 away from the gift, they didn't let me extend it

well, reading through this thread, chances are he's not gonna get his account extended, at least I could let him know where to get one for almost the same amount of refs without a time limit...

ive had an account extended but they never replied to my ticket saying they had i just logged in and saw they had but that was some time ago

Thanks everyone, slightly annoying to lose those greens but they didn't cost me anything so haven't really lost anything! lesson learned time to set the sights onto something else like a new HD TV
