ipod touch or iphone?

Ive been considering whether to get a ipod touch or a iphone. I've got a 30gb iPod video still (my first freebie lol) and now I'm considering getting a new 1. The space is fine so i don't need a ipod classic but more features would be nice. My phone is also about 2 years old and its alright and as i dont really use my phone that much i can tolerate having it for another couple of years. However if i get a iPhone i will mean i wont have to carry 2 valuable items on me however it only has 16gb max memory and i have used up at least 20gb on my ipod (and that's with only having 10 of the latest podcasts (i listen to a lot of podcasts)) and if its my phone as well i would probably use up memory for stuff sent to me and homebrew games however if i get a 32gb ipod touch it will be just right. However there is another option as there have been rumours that on the 9th June at WWDC apple will announce the new iPhone which may have more storage but all thats been confirmed is 3G really so what do you reckon i should do?

i think u should definately wait for the new iphone and then decide. probly will be 32gb but no one knows really
but if u did wait u will probly have to wait for a while cuz if u wanted it unlocked u would have to wait for the hackers to find out how first lol. unless u were gonna get the contract

Get an iPhone when new one comes out in 32gb as it is gets annoying to carry a phone and an mp3 player at same time. Also, iPhone has a speaker, camera, video, call functions over an iTouch. Still the iTouch is an awesome piece of kit!

ye i carry a ipod and a mobile atm and it is kinda annoying but ive just realised, im with blyk will it still work under the blyk network?

btw theres no such thing as a iTouch its the iPod Touch, iTouch just sounds like some kind of wierd porn knock off or something.

well it looks like i'll get the ipod touch. Now that i think about it, it will be harder to jailbreak, i wont be able to use 3G and its only slightly better in terms of battery life so it looks like i might as well go with the ipod touch 32gb.
