Ok this came up in another thread.

Seeing as Exceem is a democracy it seems (Which is a very good thing and I have praised this on several occasions)

Should Freepay be removed from the supported networks of Exceem?

to be fair freepay haven't done anything not to be supported in my eyes.. without everyone jumping down my throat, i know i'm not waiting for anything from them but they haven't scammed anyone so why shouldn't they be supported ? there's enough ppl on here that have had stuff from them, its not like they've closed shop and done a runner. lets face it, what network hasn't been slow at some point ? once again no need to jump down my throat but i'm sure we can all think of different networks that went slow and quiet for a time being.. i think we just need to give them a chance.. it was only last month at least 2 exceem memebrs recieved ipods.. i feel your pain dude but lets not go ott here..

Do you not feel that excessive waiting times and dire customer suport are a good enough reason not to support someone, I do.
If you worked for someone then they didn't pay you how would you feel about that, it's a similar situation.

Look at MFG and Interclickz as an example, if they were going to be late with an order they would contact me. It doesn't take much it's common courtesy yet Freepay don't even respond to email or support tickets. They even had a rep on here who just took the p1ss and promoted his new site instead of resolving issues with his current one

but if you read alot of posts on exceem, its ppl moaning left right and centre about this network not replying or that network not getting their gift out on time.. what you've got to remember is exceem isn't the centre of the internet and other ppl are signed up to networks.. alot of ppl only post bad things.. i'm sure there is alot of good things that happen and never get posted about..

the other thing is exceem isn't a support form for any network.. networks don't have to go onto any forum to up-date ppl or offer support.. i think we're lucky that alot of them do but companies like freepay are massive.. why would they worry about the little man.. they're obviously keeping someone happy else someone somewhere would have taken serious action by now..

like i said, feel your pain dude but you're turning this into a personal attact on freepay.. which seems to happen alot on exceem towards the networks recently when ppl don't get what they want/expect..

I can see your point, but i'm not asking that they contact me through exceem or post a big apology on here.

Do you not think it's off that they had a rep on here who answered no ones questions but simply pimped more business?

You mention that they must do some good, when was the last time someone got something from them? I don't know 1 person who has got their Macbook?

I know you're saying there are 2 sides to every story but I feel that Exceem should not be shown as saying they are a legitimate website when they haven't posted peoples goods, some people have been waiting a year I bet you wouldn't get that on any other network.

And without stirring up a hornets nest some networks have really struggled to get their own forum let alone be Exceem supported so why should these hard working networks be shown at the bottom of the list when newbies are going to join, see that Freepay are at the top and go for that network.

to be fair if you were running a business.. would you try and plug it everywhere you could.. thats what he was doing.. wise business move..


as for ppl getting a mac book, if their blog is anything to go by then (not saying it is) but yes, ppl have recieved them.. the new macbook on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

i seriously see where you're coming from but lets face it not a couple of months back ppl were after ri for blood and look at how they turned things around in next to no time.. you have to give everyone the benefit of doubt..

ppl got gifts from freepay less then a month ago, fair enough it wasn't a laptop but it was a gift which shows something is still happening there..

everyone is going to have their own story for this but at the end of the day its down to trevor/jon etc.. so maybe they could comment ??

Freepay are lame. They had to start out sending gifts and being the best network because everyone thought it was a scam and freepay were afraid of competition. Now that everyone knows about them they won't deliver the goods.
