If you have sky, PKR sometimes have tv show's of tournamnets that have taken place on there, with usefull on screen info about odd of winning that hand, and giving you an insite into the bluffing side, though to properly blufff you need to be doing it face to face

Re: daytime poker?

I've watched a few of the poker tournaments on tv. I thought they were actually quite confusing until they gave the odds but that was really because I had only ever played by myself which is a bit different.

It is amazing how quickly the odds swing in another players favour though.

Can you set up a free game on Will Hill. It would be good for some of us novices, getting to play a friendly tournament without loosing anything.

You can set up private tables on Facebook for up to 9 players and the best bit is that it's all for points instead of pounds. When you first install the facebook poker app, you can claim more points to play with by installing more "recommended" apps. They will also award you with a certain amount of points to play with every single day. The amount of free points you get depends on how many people on your friends list have installed the poker app. To claim your free points each day, all you must do is log in to facebook, the launch the poker app.

A good way of learning to play without losing anything. This is how I learnt.
