i maybe have been under a rock, but i've personally never seen 256GB in a USB stick for such a cheap price. madness.

usually you see 4, 8, 16 maybe 32's but yeh. thought i'd post it incase others didn't know just like me

my house mate from Malaysia said they always used to buy kingston stuff and it was always dirt cheap. there's quite a few UK sellers tho, all different around the same price.

like you tho, it seems too good to be true? madness

Looking at that auctions sellers feedback, to me it suggest the seller mainly sells clothes/accessories and has never done computer hardware, so I think its a case of a hacked ebay account, I remember something similar being sold by the same sellers selling those portable harddrives for cheap a while back

I have one!! I got one about 4 weeks ago, i paid £18 for mine!! +£2 delivery!!

(it acually comes with 245gb of memory) But the guy i bought my one from had 100% feedback and sold computer accessories. Il try and find him again and put a link to his ebay shop, At that price its quite slow transfuring data across, i also have a 1TB external which is VERY quick at transfuring things over!!

Portable external?!

I can't believe there's actually a 256gb for £15ish! When they were first around a year or two back they were £hundreds!

I need a mini fast portable USB large gb size harddrive... If anyones got suggestions?!

@MJ: Seagate FreeAgent Goflex, or the Lacie Rugged are probably your best bets

See I'm quite a fan of this: Freecom 35190 1TB USB 2.0 Mobile Drive XXS: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

Didn't realise they did a 1TB version now! And so cheap!!

I like the GoFlex slim though, very snazzy!

This is the one i have - 1TB External

The only problem with them is they have there own plug socket. So not the easiest thing to take around with you (hence why i bought the 250gb usb dongle aswell)

Found it yet? Would be great if you did

Still wondering if the £15 256GB stick is a scam.
