1TB USB Hard Drive £23.55 - too good to miss

Hi a week and a half ago i was looking for a hard drive for my WD TV anyway to cut a long story short i came accross this on ebay : Western Digital My Passport Essential SE 1 TB USB 2.0 on eBay (end time 24-Oct-10 23:01:25 BST)

The price has now beennlowered to £18.66
Anyway I ordered 3, its a deal too good to miss in my opinion , its a western digital my passport essensials 1TB drive, the p&p is free and all 3 arrived today workingbperfectly and factory sealed.

It is the cheapest 1TB hard drive on ebay, and also the best, its really small, doesnt require a power supply and portable! Google WD Passport My essensials.

Definitely wouldn't trust it, the sellers feedback doesn't suggest that he/she normally sells computer products, and the last feedback for a computer product had been negative feedback with the message "fake"

it will most likely be fake stuff coming from china, I wouldn't trust ordering from them,

I just checked the serial number on the website its genuine

Too good to be true. I've heard of these fakes before

They are often formatted to 'appear' to have 1TB but actually are just cheap (probably 5Gb or something). Let me know when you've actually copied 1TB worth of data

Copied the full collection of the simpsons 159GB and the catherine tate show 50GB hustle 80GB, all series of spooks 100GB and 5 series of doctor who 70Gb along with about 100 movies 100Gb and about 10 CDs (10 gb) so about 560 GB on it now, alls going good! I dont know how it can be fake when it is really good quality and has a working serial number. Anyway its a good buy for me!

In my opinion yes, its not fake comes factory sealed and is very cheap compared to amazon, but its your own choice :P

To everyone else: yeah spooks is anazing the best program on tele i just wish they would stop killing off the main characters (like ros)

stewartie4: have you already got one of them hard drives? In the first post you wrote you were going to order 3, in the next post you already checked the serial numbers. Also, there's not a single feedback on this item on eBay.

Are you selling them or what?

I don't believe they are genuine WD drives, but the price is very good. The only thing is the seller cannot be trusted. Granted, he's got a lot of positive feedback, but all auctions were for some crap worth next to nothing and suddenly he's got loads of cheap hard drives (already sold 67).
