Site is going down a lot... must be getting hit by some serious HUKD traffic lol.

NeonLord has a spectacular aura about
I think it was Tesco who made a mistake like this and they were selling the Xbox 360 with a game for about £30 (this was about a year ago, maybe more), I cant remember if the people who bought one got it or if tesco got out of it...

btw, i added it to my basket when it said £10, then when i went to basket, it said £110...

Nice one. I know in store shops are legally obliged to sell the item at the marked price, not sure how it works online though, is probably easier to get out of. Is worth a shot at only £10 though, so fingers crossed!

It shows £10 before pressing buy now and then in the basket it's £110... (the actual saving was £5 from £115 to £110)

edit: as you've just said!

Good luck MJ10, I hope you get it!

I remember reading something like this a while back, on the legal terms of things there was a term that said something along the lines of ''If any typing errors are made with items, or item prices these will be corrected and you will be charged the actual price and not the mistake price''

I paid through paypal and got charged £10 so is all good. Is not enough money in my account anyway for that to happen! lol

Would be cool if they honoured the price but not too hopeful, will see!

Cefca is a jewel in the rough
They always have clauses in their T&Cs to cover things like this.

They won't automatically charge you the proper price, they'll either cancel the order or email you asking if you still want it at full price.

Not 100% true I am afraid. I work at Wilkos and, as you may know, Wilkos have A HELL OF A LOT of "Own" Products.

If one of our products is incorrectly ticketed at being £5 when it is supposed to be £15, or if a ticket is for a different product than the one on the shelf, we have the ability to remove the ENTIRE product from sale if the customer gets arsey
