  | O2 Joggler £49.99 promotion (Save £50)To promote the launch of its new app store O2's cut the price of its Joggler gadget to £49.99 until 15 April, when it'll go back up to £100. The Joggler is a cross between a digital picture frame and a mini computer, and is designed to sit in the kitchen and be a hub of communication between family members. How to get one: To grab this deal, just go to O2's product page and add it to your basket. Delivery is free. You'll need to set up an account if you don't already have one. LINK: Joggler What is it?!: Launched last May, O2's Joggler is apparently designed to replace the fridge door as your family's central point of communication. It looks like a digital picture frame, but packs a touchscreen, in-built WiFi and some handy applications. Here's a list of the ones that come prepacked. You'll need to get an O2 online account to set it up. If you've an O2 mobile or sign up for its £7.50/month family bolt-on you can get free messaging and other features, but there's no obligation to. * Calendar: A family calendar for all to see (if they're on O2) * Photos: View and share your pics * Video: Playback video clips (though only in one-third of the screen) * News: Up-to-date headlines from Sky News * Sport: And from Sky Sports * Traffic: Travel news from Traffic Master * Weather: Check the forecast * Music: Play back your favourite tracks (various formats supported) * Media streaming: Play audio and video, and view photos, from your PC's hard drive * Other features: Calculator, memo pad and alarm clock * Games: Suduko, and more to download * Messages: Send and receive SMS text messages * Radio: Internet Radio - free access to over 100 online radio stations via PURE Via the recently launched Joggler app store, you can grab additional apps such as Google calendar, which is more straightforward to use than the bundled calendar, and Youtube for watching videos (albeit in slightly shaky quality). | I quite like the idea actually! In my family notes are left ALL around the house, and nobody knows what everyone is doing at any time.
