![]() | I'd say it's worth it. Either you are using vista which is a complete ram hog which throws up random messages all the time. It's not very well designed. Or you are using XP which is 8 years old... Give it a couple of years and you'll be using an operating system from a decade ago. £30 is a complete steal. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I pre-ordered the full OS instead of an upgrade for forty something, so it's not bad! |

![]() ![]() | I'm considering getting this. But would it mean reinstalling everything? Also, does anyone know of compatibility issues with much software? I've not heard any mention. |

Reinstalling everything actually doesn't take that long, unless you have loaaaaaaaaaaads of progs.

![]() ![]() | Windows 7 is definetely worth it, I've been running it since the beta and had the RC as well. I've got it free from my university now but I think I might still get this £30 offer and sell it to a friend or something as that's a really good deal. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hang on...can this be used to install Windows 7 from scratch? Say I wanted to use it for bootcamp and don't already have a copy of windows on there? |
