Play.com has the same (Premium for 49.99 and professional for 99.99)

Play.com (UK) : Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium E / Retail : Computing - Free Delivery

Play.com (UK) : Microsoft Windows 7 Professional E / Retail : Computing - Free Delivery

I am seriously tempted. But I'm wondering what the 'E' edition is. Is the only difference the lack of IE 8.

'E' stands for European. It's only that it doesn't include Internet explorer

I was going to buy from Amazon, but can't believe the price now!

Luckily, I've just had an email from Currys who are still selling it for £45: Currys - Shop for Operating Systems - Microsoft Home Premium E Windows 7
