Hey guys,
Found this online. Basically you register on Gamespot.ie and in a week or so they send you the GOW3 beta code! Simples
Beta starts 26th April so get yours quick!

Thanks for this, but are you sure you just sign up and they'll send it? A bit of googling around says that you have to preorder the game from them?

Ive personally tried and tested this mate, registered last week Thursday.
Sent an email to hello@gamespot.ie on Saturday, kindly requesting an update to when I will receive my beta code, and they got back to me today with the code

downloaded the file its only something like 85MB.... full download will be availabe during public beta

No. In hotukdeals people have said they received an email asking DOB,

Just a heads up, my mates received there code and both em entered there codes but it kept saying "invalid code" but after a number of attempts it works, so keep trying. hopefully this solves issues you may face...
