Urgh I can't stand McAfee. Cheers for posting though, but I'd recommend AVG Virus Scanner and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware.

Note: Both of these are free!

Yeah whatever happens you don't need to pay for it. Normally AVG are really good at not pestering you for money, that's one of the reasons why I like them so much. I'd download the latest update from here: http://free.avg.com/gb-en/homepage, and then uninstall and reinstall.
