This could be why the apple/iphone/brand domains did not go through, can't understand by the ultimate-freebies.info wouldn't though. I can't see anywhere in the Terms and Conditions anything which would have a problem with this!

I'd be very interested to hear what they have to say!

but the customer is always right and if they dont think im right there not going to get very far. also i dont get how someone with same postcode as me has signed up. i live in a small road with really old people in it so i dont see why they would have signed up.

Hi guys.

Seems a few of you have been having problems registering your free .info domain names.

The situation has been described on a case by case basis, however please note that we do have some obligation to protect the availability of domains for all customers. Due to this we have to be cautious whenever we deem something to be suspicious.

As you have all signed up for extremely similar domains, in a very short space of time... in fact more or less 4 or 5 minutes between every attempt.... it was deemed suspicious.

However we are more than happy to reconsider any of the registrations now we have some idea of the confusion. So please let us know by either re-submitting or sending a support ticket through.

Hopefully that will help you guys reconsider your "opinions", which seem quite harsh considering

I also believe Freeola staff to be performing their job as necassary, and "getting better staff" is not going to help your case. Always best to put a detailed and polite response
