It's ok now. They only give you one page for free when using their builder and to add more of your own you have to start from scratch. I'm in the process of making the site from scratch. Taking some time as ive never done it before. ill post a thread once its complete so you can all tell me what i need to improve.

You shouldn't have had to start from scratch though.

The InstantPro Free Version you get with every domain name you have with us will allow you to use the software itself to create as many pages as you want (the full site is you really want to). The restriction is that it will only allow you to have 1 page up live. You have to upgrade the service if you want the full site rather than just 1 page.

Hope that clears things up.

Have also cleared out all my mail today, so all domains should be sorted.

Right so i got my site and ive cteated i offline. How can i upload it for free? when i try to FTP it doesnt let me but i think you have to be a broadband member or Vip member to do that. is there not a way to upload my site that doesnt cost me? or do i have to use the web builder and only have one live page?

You are correct in your thinking, the free web hosting is intended for use in conjunction with a Freeola Internet connection. This was mentioned earlier but the thread is getting a bit long now

That is true. Although you will need to go back a few pages to find the instructions on how to do so.

I am finding myself increasingly busy during this period, so any new emails I receive might take slightly longer for me to action. Please bear with me on this account.

I have to say though that we use the Control Panel account username (the email address you provided) as main contact. When replying to support tickets, when letting you know of any issues, or even letting you know when the domain name needs renewing etc. Always best to use a valid address.

You have thoroughly confused me now. You have sent in a support request (officially at Freeola and PM'd me on here) saying you tried to register a different domain name to the one you have listed here (free-xbox360.info).

And in one actually state you have already registered free-xbox360.info. And were trying to register this other one. :S

Confirm for me;

a)Do you have any domains registered as part of this offer with Freeola at this point?
b) Which domain name do you want (if not both)?
c) Whether or not you sent me the email to games[at]freeolamail.com as instructed in an earlier post on here.

Once confirmed I'll get straight to sorting it out.

I sent a support ticket for a url first that i wanted and changed my mind i would now like to have free-xbox360.info, and i have no domains registered. And yh i sent of support ticket on Freeola too.

I haven't got my domain yet. I checked in Freeola registered domains but for some reason it doesn't show up there.

Ooooh a Search Engine Optimistion question :S

Easy to learn the basics, very hard to master as it were. The best thing to do is insure you have submitted your site to the particular engine (if Google visit Add your URL to Google) etc.

Then from there if you want to "delve" into the world you may wish to consider reading this "guide" LEARN SEO BASICS | SEO GUIDE | SEO BASICS | LEARN BASIC SEO | LEARN BASIC SEO TECHNIQUES | BASIC SEO | BASIC SEO TUTORIALS (Bear in mind this not a Freeola guide only what I have found useful)
