Thought i'd post this for anyone who iss looking at doing an Ad Campaign on Google.

Go to https://services.google.com/fb/forms/royalmail09/ to get your voucher!

I have an old account that I've never activated. I wonder if that counts?

I don't think that counts. I think it need to be a newly made account. You can try it and see if it works if you want to.

I don't think I've signed up before! Couldn't justify/afford it!
