Hi guys.

I had a thought that could help those of you wishing to advertise on google adwords. If you ever want to deposit money to advertise on google, then i have a way which is must more cost-effective:

Instead of putting £10 into the google adwords account, spend £10 to buy a domain and hosting at One.com and get a free £50 google adwords voucher as a promotion.

Sounds good to me - and you can use the domain as well!

P.S. The google adwords voucher can be used on an account under 14 days old. Also thought I would say, I have signed up for 1 domain and successfully used 1 voucher, but have not tried to do it again yet.

only good if you have lots of credit cards, as it tends to recognise if you have added the same details more than once!

Isn't this kinda like fraud tho because google allow companies to use vouchers as they could get a pontentially new customer (hence the reason you have to have a new account)! So by creating new accounts with new emails and stuff you 'scam' google. It's kinda like signing up to Gala Bingo and Coral!

They do but it's like music artist, they make alot of money but because of that you can't just say it's okay to download of illegal sites.

I don't know, I am not google. All I know is that multiple adwords accounts are ok by them, they give out vouchers to use, one.com pay google £50 for the voucher, so google do not lose out at all. If anyone were to be upset about this, it would be one.com, but they are obviously making enough to be giving out the vouchers, so win-win.

Thanks for the concern though. It is always to better to make sure you are doing what is right.

The thing is, one.com don't pay for that voucher! This about it, how can they affor to give away a £50 voucher if you only spend £10

So that voucher is paid for by google...

Well I thought one.com did, and they dont just get £10, you could continue for more years, or upgrade. If it is google, then there are no problems because they are giving them away to be used, and that is what we are doing

Edit: I can't be asked... If you think this is morally right, its up to you but all im saying, is it isn't right and it seems like you are scamming google! Would hate to see what you've done to the offers you've completed!

I never told people to make multiple one.com accounts or multiple google accounts - just 1 of each. I think you were getting confused with your first post, you made it sound as if you are recomending people to buy a domain instead of paying £10 to google adwords.

That is exactly what I am saying. If someone is intending to start to advertise on google, they are much better off doing it this way.

Besides, your posts have not been saying how buying the domain scams google. They have been saying how buying multiple domains and creating multiple adwords accounts scams google - look man - open your eyes

That is what I am doing. You are suggesting that trying to get more for your money is wrong. It is not wrong. Here is why:

If someone wanted to sign up to lovefilm, you would ask them to do it through you, which is the same thing, because now Lovefilm will have to pay out money, which they otherwise would not have had to do
It is normal that if someone is going to send £10, they should get the most for their money. If you wanted to spend £10 in a shop for 1 pizza, but you could get buy one get one for £10, you would not refuse the free pizza. You could argue this is the same, as you are 'scamming' the shop of an extra pizza
Everytime you buy tickets/holidays through a copmarison ste, you are earning the site commision, but also finding yourself a better deal - ie getting more for your money, but you could argue that you are 'scamming' the place you buy the holiday from as they now need to pay the comparison site.

Maybe weak points, I am just trying to say that if you think about it, it is what everyone does and it is not wrong. You are simply getting more for your money.

Besides, you dont seem to be complaining at getting completely free google adwords vouchers, so why complain at paying for one?

As for being hostile, I am not trying to be, I am just saying what I feel
