BBC*-*CBeebies Make and Do - Green Balloon Club Kit We only have enough packs for one Green Balloon Club Kit per child. This form must be completed by a parent or responsible adult. We can only send out Kits to UK addresses. The Green Balloon Club Kit includes a bird seedcake that may contain nuts and is not for human consumption. There are a limited number of Kits and we're afraid they're only available while stocks last. Please include an email address in case we need to get in touch with you regarding delivery of your Kit. You don't have to fill out the age and gender boxes but the information you provide will help us plan for future giveaways and events.
