So did I. I was quite annoyed that i lost over 30 searches thts 60p on the old rate lmao! But yeh i also liked the old design, this one seems shaby.

I've changed my homepage back to google, I'd rather use the search engine I prefer and not get paid for it than use one I don't like and get a few pennies for it

Hmm, I signed up for this yesterday just to see. Did around 20 searches during the day. Just used it like I would normally use a search engine and didnt just search willy nilly for things. Anyway, I just logged on to see that I have zero searches and couldnt understand until I read my emails, one of which went.........

if I was doing things like they suggest, I reckon I'd have done more than 20+ searches One nasty reply coming back at them, me thinks.

I have been doing 50-60 searches some days but they are spread out during the day.No message from them yet. From what others have said it is over sensitive fraud detecting software but they do apologise and sort out the account quite quickly. Hope it gets sorted out for you soon.

Ive lost over 60 searches in the past 2 days cos of their fraud system. Ive mailed them and they said that if you use the same phrases alot and within a small time period the sytem will be tripped.

I havent had that reply yet but my searches were all different as far as I know. Hmmmm

Excessive searches in a short space of time, repeated searching on the same terms or phrases, this is the type of searching that will trigger a disallowed along with other criteria.

I must admit very fast replies, great customer service. But just unhappy with their software.

So I replied saying basicly ill go back to searching google seems I can search what, when and how offten I like

i just checked my account and found that all the earnings from my friends - friends friends - friends friends friends , has GONE
i have also just tried to send them an email about it , and got this failure message =

I had only been using the site for 2 days before they changed image. I had a message after my 2nd day saying i Had been found guilty of invalid searches and they had deleted the previous days searches 15 in total.

If anyone else has had this problem I suggest you just email them like I did. I told them if I was abusing the system there would be more than 15 searches a day and asked them which searches inparticular were invalid.

I got a prompt email back saying that due to the switchover some people received this message in error. Now how many of those people would of just left it and lost earnings instead of contacting them. My searches have now been recredited so its worth a quick email if you have this problem.

Might be worth keeping a note of your searches and times for a few days in case they decide to keep doing this

Maybe they are spending so much time with complaints they havn't had time to update.

yeah, my mail kept coming back also but try sending it to review@myhpf.co.uk.com as it seems "homepages-friends.com" doesnt exist now

their services has gone from hero to zero lol. But maybe they will bring more ways to earn money. As they are upgrading their services to provide more things.

Hopefully, I've noticed the average per search has gone up a bit, so at least a bit of good news.
